After you have downloaded and printed out the membership application, please fill it out. For the most part, it's self-explanatory. The first page, is for our firehouse. The second page is sent to Franklin Township's police department, and is used for a background check. Regarding the third page, you should only sign it if you do not wish to be vaccinated against Hepatitis B. If you have any questions, feel free to call the firehouse at the numbers listed. State that you are calling for someone on the membership committee.

Once you have filled out the application, please drop it off at the firehouse. Someone on our membership committee will get back to you as soon as possible. If for some reason you do not hear back from us within a couple weeks, please call us to ask about the status of your application.
