ORGANIZE AN EVENT

Unfortunately our volunteers have not been able to dedicate the time to coordinate many public events. In addition, they have often costed us money rather than act as a fundraiser.

If you're interested in coordinating or even sponsoring an event such as a bus trip to Atlantic City or other locations (perhaps a New York City broadway show?), please create a written proposal defining the following:

• What is your event?
• Who will manage your event?
• Who will assist with the planning and execution of the event?
• What is the expected number of people interested in participating?
• Where will your event take place?
• When will the event happen?
• How much will it cost?
• How much could it earn the firehouse?
• Who will fund it?
