Most major Events that Franklin Park Volunteer Fire Company will be involved with (such as parades, county exercises/drills, voting issues, etc), will be posted here in our events section.
In addition to the above events, our company hosts private events for our members,
as well as open events for the general public.
Our public events are generally held in order
to provide both community service, as well as an opportunity
for fundraising. The most popular public event is undoubtably
our annual Valentines Day Rose
Sale.
Also popular are our public service events such
as our Open House, as well as other fire prevention and informational
Educational sessions
with young children and other members of the public. Franklin
Township fire inspectors often help with these events.
In the past, we have also chartered fishing
trips, as well as bus trips to the John J. Harvey fireboat in
NYC, to Atlantic City and
we have also organized trips to play paintball. Unfortunately
our volunteers have not been able to dedicate the time to coordinate
these events on a regular basis. If you're interested in coordinating

Note that we do not rent out our facilities
(such as the meeting room/firehall, the kitchen, the parking
lot, or the upstairs member room). Our facilities are small,
and the kitchen is not of commercial grade. We prefer not to
deal with the manpower requirements, increased maintenance and
related costs which are incurred when our facilities are used
by large members of the public. See our hall
